Exchanges and Returns
We choose each product with dedication and work with great care so you all can have an excellent shopping experience in our virtual store and be able to be very satisfied. But if you need to return or exchange a product, don't worry. Just follow our guidelines.
How to request an exchange or return
- Send an email to contact@joias4ever.co.uk
- You will need to provide your order number and registration email.
- It is extremely important that you send an image of the product and in text detail the reason for your exchange.
- After all the steps are completed the exchange department will analyze your case and may or may not approve it for exchange.
ATTENTION: Do not send product(s) without the prior authorization of our team and following the instructions sent by email. Returns that are not previously authorized and/or do not follow the guidelines will not be analyzed and the product(s) will be automatically sent to the customer's address without prior notice.
Deadlines for exchanging or returning products
EXCHANGE: You must request the exchange of your product (s) within 30 (thirty) days after receiving the order. The costumer should contact us on contact@joias4ever.co.ukRETURN: If you do not like the product and want to exchange it, you must send the return without signs of use and it must be in perfect condition. You must notify us of your intention within 30 (thirty) days from the date of receipt of the product(s).
Promotional products will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.
Note The date of the receipt is considered to be the one informed by the company responsible for the delivery (Post Office), even if the receipt was not made by the recipient, but by third parties such as doormen, receptionists, family members, etc.Heads up:
- Within 72 hours (business day) after communicating your request to the Joias4ever & Co. team, according to the procedures indicated above, your request will be analyzed and if your request complies with our policies, you will receive an email containing authorization to ship the product and information regarding the procedures to be followed.
- Keep this email with the authorization for your return. Products returned without prior authorization will be resent to the customer followed by a new freight charge.
- As soon as you receive the exchange/return authorization email, send the product (s) according to the guidelines contained therein.
- The return of the product (s) must be made only through the POST OFFICE, with tracking services. We are not responsible for losses.
- Once the exchange option is chosen, the voucher or refund cannot be exchanged for another option.
Product exchange or return
Exchanges:- After ordering (defective exchange product) customer will receive the new product in the original previous address order, free of charge. The cost of the shipping for reasons of taste/expectations must be paid by the customer.
- If the product(s) authorized for exchange is no longer available in our storage, the customer will be notified and will be able to make purchases, in the value of the products requested on the website.
- Promotional products will NOT be exchanged under any circumstances.
Important:
- Joias4ever & Co. does not cover packaging costs for return or exchange. We suggest that the costumer use the same packaging as the product(s). If the costumer use other packaging, choose a box that protects the product from damage during transit.
- The return of the product(s) must be made only through the POST OFFICE , with tracking services. We are not responsible for losses.
- Shipping costs in cases of return all conditions above are the responsibility of Joias4ever & Co.
- Returns that do not meet the conditions mentioned above, including the deadline, will not be acceptable and will be automatically sent back to the customer's address with the appropriate freight charges.
Joias4ever & Co. disclaims liability for any product in which the defect of any occurrence has occurred through misuse or breakage.
Promotional products will not be exchanged in any case (an exception will only be applied if the product does not reach the customer with a defect. The product cannot be exchanged for the value outside the promotion. In this case, the exchange will only be made in the value that the customer paid).
Order in disagreement
Delivery of purchases made at the Joias4ever & Co. is carried out in sealed packages by our logistics team. If you find any of the situations below, refuse to accept the request and contact our Customer Service.- Violated packaging.
- Defective product.
- Product not in accordance with the order.
- Reshipment – in this case, the cost of reshipping will be the responsibility of Joias4ever & Co. only in case of error or discrepancy. Otherwise, the customer will bear the costs.
- The refund will be made to the customer in the same form of payment at the time of purchase. In case the time established by the payment platform has expired, the refund will be made in a bank account.
- The refund period is up to 10 business days.
